Payments

Revisions Policy

We offer unlimited revisions on delivered work, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery. In exceptional cases, we may extend this to 14 days. Revision requests are processed based on urgency, with the following standard turnaround times:

• For 24-hour deadlines: Revisions within 24 hours
• For 24–48-hour deadlines: Revisions within 48 hours
• For 48+ hour deadlines: Revisions within 72 hours

Project Scope & Requirements

Before starting any work, we’ll review all project details with you to ensure clarity and alignment. Any disputes regarding the scope or execution will be resolved in accordance with our service agreement, these terms, and standard industry practices.

Refund Policy

• You are eligible for a full refund if the request is made before any work has begun.
• Once work is initiated, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing charges.
• Refunds are not available for discounted or limited-time offers.
• If you’re not satisfied with the final product, you may request a refund within 5 days of project delivery.
• If our revision policy still does not meet your expectations, a partial refund may be issued.
• No refund requests will be entertained after 5 days unless previously discussed.
